We’ll walk your property and let you know of obstacles we might come across along the way and suggestions for how we can best work to meet your goals. We promise to deliver an accurate, professionally prepared bid within one week from the date we first visit your property. We will stand by our bid and will complete all work within the specified time and the contracted price. Should you request any changes to your initial order, we will provide a revised final contractual price that will reflect those changes.
All plants come with a full, one-year labor and material warranty. We also provide proactive Pre-Warranty Management. A senior foreman will visit your property 3 to 4 times in the month following any major planting or replanting to monitor the health of your new landscape. If he suspects any plant is in decline, he will take prompt and appropriate action.
